These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Peel The Map mobile application (the "Service") operated by Andrea Compatangelo ("we", "our", or "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Peel The Map is a platform that allows you to visualize travel progress, organize location pins, categorize places with tags, and import/export travel data.

• Guest Mode: No account required. Data is stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for data loss from app deletion. • Free Account: Cloud synchronization with limits on pins, lists, and tags. • Premium Account: Paid subscription with unlimited core features, advanced data export, and higher photo limits.

Premium subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refund requests must be directed to the respective store.

You retain ownership of your pins, photos, and data. By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide license to store, back up, and display your content specifically to provide the Service to you and those you share it with.

You agree not to use the Service for illegal purposes, attempt to disrupt our servers, or use shared maps to harass others. You are strictly prohibited from uploading infringing, offensive, objectionable, or inappropriate content (including but not limited to sexually explicit materials, violence, or hate speech). We reserve the right to immediately remove any violating content and terminate or suspend user accounts without prior notice.

The Service is provided "As Is". We use third-party map providers (Google Maps) and are not responsible for geographical inaccuracies. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Italy.
